Warsaw, as a city at the crossroads of many cultures, has embraced their culinary influences. Inspired by this spirit, we established the Julian Tuwim Academy of Snacks, drawing on the flavors of the old capital – Polish, Jewish, and those inspired by other nations' cuisines.
