Everyone who sometimes dreams of taking flight but lacks the courage or their own wings is welcome to sit at our bar and call out "AVE PEGAZ," "zdrówko," or "na zdrowie." Pegaz will lift them to a realm of colors and flavors, generously served by us.
In a lofty nutshell, the story and mission of our bar can be summed up as creating a place for everyone whose bodies call for special fluids. That’s why, at our establishment, vodka is always 100% – only 40% is alcohol; the rest is mood, humor, atmosphere, poetry, smiles, nostalgia, dance, and music. We craft the perfect blend to suit every wish.

"Ave Pegaz" is guided by a motto from Julian Tuwim:
"Drinking is an art, ars bibendi, akin to ars amandi, the art of loving. Pouring monstrous quantities of vodka, beer, liqueur, and wine into the stomach, a haphazard mix of drinks, haste, and gluttony will never bring true satisfaction.
One must drink slowly, discerningly, with thoughtfulness, contemplation, and respect for the beverage."
Following Tuwim's lead, we view alcohol – particularly the customs surrounding it – as "cultural heritage." At "Ave Pegaz," pure Polish vodka serves as a source of inspiration for perfecting the drink itself. The extraordinary result of this endeavor is our very own creation: the pure vodka "Julian Tuwim."
